All over the world farmers are using fertilizer to grow our food. Fertilizer works, but it's inefficient and terrible for the environment. Sound Agriculture is an ag-tech startup that invented a way to use much less fertilizer to grow significantly healthier crops. It seems like magic. Good science often does. So to demystify their product, they needed to explain how the heck it works. 

I created a VR experience for them where you start in a cornfield in Idaho, then shrink down into the soil -- so small that you become the same size as the microbes that help plants grow. 

When you can see the invisible microbiome under your feet, Sound Ag's product makes a lot more sense!
